I can’t lie, 2023 was a good but tough year. A year where I learned a lot and decided a new goal for my future based on what I came to realize as I prepare to enter the decade of the 40’s. 2023 was one of those years of perseverance. And definitely one of those years to reward myself with a much need holiday.
Living in the NYC area during Winter you always want to escape the cold. Being that my wife is Dominican we often go back to the DR where it is always warm, a good time and with lots of good food, friends and family. Yet this year we decided to do it differently and instead go one island over to the beautiful land of Puerto Rico!
The reason I am writing this post is that in past years I always took my computer wherever I went and worked each day. This is the first time I left my computer and I am writing this post from my phone in front of the ocean. And this post is the say that it will be the only post this week until after Christmas as I finally realized that I deserve a break from it all. I won’t stop IG posting but the blog will take a break until after the holidays.
I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and if you celebrate something else well then I wish you the best in that as at the end of the day it doesnt matter what we celebrate as long as we are happy and with loved ones.

Good for you. You need this! It’s a pretty significant achievement for a small business owner. You have the confidence to REALLY take time away. It can be a challenge to not check on things, but you’ll return to work with a full tank of gas and your batteries charged. You’ll be more effective than ever.(I hope you don’t see this until you return,)
